Our kitchen uses no animal products, neither meat nor milk.
Our soup kitchen aims to show, that sustainable food can be just as mouthwatering and nutritional as animal-based food.

On this day, we celebrate entering the year of the horse by cooking up bánh xèo, served with salad.
